Pardon my ignorance on this but what is web bisum. What does it do and
where do I find it?

After all of the discussion on hear regarding this topic I decided to go
and take a look at setting up such an animal. I'm pleased to report that
thanks to web visum and about 10 or 15 minutes of my time the account was
successfully created and in business. There really isn't much to do so
give it a try those of you who have not taken the plunge so to speak.
