[Blind-Computing] how hard to install a wireless router

Last night I was told that installing a wireless router to a cable     is 
rather simple. Is it something that can be done without vision? The local 
cable company asks so much for making the connection that I assumed it was 
extremely difficult. If it requires vision, does it require color 
distinction since one person with vision I can ask for help is color blind.
