[Blind-Computing] Jaws scripts for Skipe

Hi could someone tell me where I get Jaws scripts for Skipe?  I'm not sure how 
to get started and my Jaws 11 isn't reading all of Skipe out to me, like when 
I'm chatting it doesn't read out replies I get.  My Skipe name is Lori21.
