Hi, David, No, I was not able to delete the account. I don't remember google ever asking you to type in a new email address. I don't have my gmail account going to outlook express. I don't know what else to do at this point. I did have the box checked to delete my gmail address. Maybe I'll just have to get sighted help because I've tried everything that was suggested and nothing worked.
