Hi, Randy,
Yahoo is definitely coocoo. One time I was on several yahoo groups and one
of the lists emails bounced so I didn't get any emails from that particular
group. I forget what group it was now but I think I ended up leaving that
group. I'm on a couple of groups and so-far haven't had a problem getting
emails from them.

Randy,
John Justice here.
You may have ended up on Yahoo's blocked list. It happens once in a
while.
Look at what I have for you, below.
1. If you do not receive a request to confirm that you want to join a
list, you are not being allowed to join or even be considered for reasons
known only to Yahoo. You won't receive a message because for all intents
and purposes, your current e-mail identity is blocked.
2. SOLUTION: Completely delete your current e-mail address and then
start
all over with a new e-mail identity which is different from your current
one.
Randy, this couldn't be more essential. The new identity absolutely
positively must be different from the one you now have.
I realize that is going to cause you all kinds of grief but it's the only
way to get around this Yahoo nonsense.
3. It doesn't matter to Yahoo what kind of e-mail client you're using.
The
only thing Yahoo recognizes is your e-mail identity itself.
4. If you do belong to any lists that are currently operating, in all
likelihood, they won't last long. Every time you send an e-mail message
to
Yahoo, you will be sending a notice to their central security system.
Sooner or later, you will probably be blocked from all of your Yahoo
accounts.
5. As I'm sure you understand, if you set up a brand new e-mail identity,
you will have to leave and then rejoin lists like this one. How do I
know?
The same thing happened to me years ago when I had a Comcast account. Now
that I'm on Verizon, Yahoo thinks of me as a completely different person.
Finally, don't take this personally, my young friend. Yahoo is, to put it
bluntly, coocoo and there's nothing we can do about it.
The reason you're still on this list is that it isn't Yahoo. Ask David or
Rick about the fun of having a Yahoo based e-mail list. David can tell
you
stories that would make your fur curl.

2. when I go to check my mail the yahoo mail, all seems ok until I get to
the actual mailbox.
jaws will say for example done. when I hit jaws key plus page down.
but if I up or down arrow, nothing.
I'm using firefox by the way.
