I want to thank you all for being helpful in me trying to solve my email
issue with my friend in Maine. I called verizon just now and this time I
got a really nice techie. What we ended up doing was filling out a request
form to verizon to unblock Betty's email address. I sent her a test
message and now everything is fine again.
