[Blind-Computing] Navigating Tables using Jaws

Hi all. Today I encountered a table which consisted of four columns and 314 
rows. Is there a quick way to jump to any given row? My fingers were getting 
tired of pressing the Alt+Control+down arrow. Any suggestions would be 
appreciated. Thanks.
