Hi Joanne; 1. While in OE, Press alt + V for the view menu. 2. Press enter on current view submenu. 3. Arrow up to Group Messages by Conversation and make sure that this checkbox is unchecked. If it is checked, press enter to uncheckit. Pressing enter will uncheck it and take you out of the View menues.
If the group messages by conversation option in current view was unchecked do the following; 1. While in Outlook Express, press control, shift, + O to open OE options. 2. Control + tab to the read page. 3. Tab to Automatically expand grouped messages and make sure this checkbox is unchecked. If it is checked press the spacebar to uncheck it, tab to apply, press spacebar, and tab to okay and press enter. Hope this helps. Take care.
