You can try using an antispam program like Spamihilator. You do not only block senders with this program, but can even filter content in messages, create whitelists and blacklists, set to only receive messages from people in your address book, etc. I cannot enumerate its benefits, but you are free to try it: it works with all popular email clients like Outlook Express, MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora etc. I use it on my private email account for receiving family and friends' messages and not the rest of the world.

Try it, you can download it from this page:

Wish you the best in fighting spam!

Subject: [Blind-Computing] getting rid of unwanted messages

Hi all,
I know you have to block the sender to get rid of any unwanted messages in your mail but when I do this I find that the unwanted messages that I have blocked just keep on coming with a different mailing address. so my question is, is there any thing else that I can do to get rid of these unwanted messages in my mail? the mail that I am trying to get rid of has the heading free viagra or anything else with the word viagra in it.
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance anna
ps: I am using windows xp and out look express.
