Extract that file archive, copy it into a folder called something like
NVDA, on the flash drive, and from there, run \nvda\nvda.exe
Think the only real issue with certain types of flash drives is only some
of them support a form of autorun, but you can still run it yourself from
almost all of them.

Alternatively I can put the program on Dropbox as it's free and VMware
