Use IMAP.
When using IMAP instead of POP you can easily synchronize your email between
multiple machines and mobile devices etc.
In other words: you will always have all your emails in sync on all devices.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Putting my E-Mails In The Drop Box

Hi
I would like to read my E-Mails on all my computers with out having
some on one machine and some on another. It seems to me that If I put the
E-Mail folder for my windows Live mail in the drop box, That drop box would
keep all the computers synchronized. The question I have is how do I get
Windows live mail to look in a different folder for its mail? Second how
would I go about combining all these E-Mails from the various computers to
one In-Box?
     Thank you.

God bless,
Mark
