DCheck you have the latest video drivers. If so then do a repair on the
JAWS program including the video intercept.

On my wifes computer when I try to create a new email Jaws doesn't
acknowledge the To, CC, BCC, or Subject fields at all. It is only seeing
the edit field. If I go into the system tray Jaws only says " no selected
item." When I route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and arrow up and down
Jaws will only read/say " Blank . " This is just some of the problems I am
having. I have the display settings correct and the windows are maximized.
I am running Jaws10 latest& XP Pro. Will you all please get me
straightened out? All help will be immensely appreciated. Thanks much.
