It is a closed list so you have to be approved. Go to the following

I'm sorry to bombard you once again with comments and the like, but as
Blind Facebook is doing really well I want to have a go at setting up a
similar list, but this time devote it to Twitter and anything Twitter,
from the website itself to various clients you can use, including
Qwitter. I'll give you all a few days to a week to decide before I set
it up.
