Like that other message said, the following is more complete:
[autorun]
open=nvda.exe

Without the [autorun] tag, it won't do anything.

Stay well

 Hi friends,

I would like very much to create an autoplay disk for NVDA Portable. I tried to create an auto run file with "open = nvda.exe" but it didn't work. When I
 inserted the Cd, the normal windows menu popped up. any help will be much
 appreciated.

 thank you all

 Samson
