[Blind-Computing] Need help with Windows 7 and Word 2007 using Jaws 11

Hi friends,
I am new to this list. I am having problems opening and saving files on a flash 
drive. I am using Jaws 11 and I have Windows 7 and Word 2007 on my computer. I 
also would like to know if there are tutorials for Jaws 11 using Windows 7 and 
Word 2007. I hope that you will be able to help me with these problems. I thank
