Hi Chris; It works just fine on the other 2 computers in the house also. That is what makes me wonder why it doesn't work on my computer! The other 2 computers are running XP Pro & Jaws 10 latest. My computer is XP Home & Jaws 6, 10, & 11 latest. I just can't figure out what kind of setting is making things act differently on my computer versus the other 2. Thank you for your response.
