Hi Ishe; You are right. This problem started when we removed the disk from the drive and didn't even think about that being a problem. We thought the program had been installed and simply forgot to remove the program from the drive. Upon putting the program back into the drive the program works fine. Then the solution would be to reinstall the program, but during the installation you have to pay particular attention to any options presented. Some default options may not necessarily reflect your system configurations as such. For instance, consider choosing "Install to computer" as your initial option since Random House would copy all its files to your hard drive and not make assumptions that you would pop in a disk each time you want to use it.
