hello all, i'm using Windows Xp (english version). i needed to install internet explorer (the arabic version) for some translation purposes, however, it has not been installed as it requires an arabic version of windows. now, i want to know how to make a portable version of IE, as it may solve my problem. or if you have any other alternative solution to get ie in another language rather than that of the operating system, i'll appriciate it.
