Thank you Chris, I will try Replay Media Catcher! David, I used the url for 
the ds9 videos and now I get a message that the video download is complet 
but it did not download some files!  So I wonder why mine is not working 
anymore.  I selected the link, pasted in the comvert and select download. 
That is correct right?  It when I had ie7 but now that I am using ie8, the 
process is not working anymore!  Any suggestions?  thank you, Heather
