[Blind-Computing] skype

I  wonder if somebody could help.
I  am new to both being blind and computers.
I  am using Jaws 11.
I  would like to use Skype but do not know which version or where to get, what 
is called, the "script" to support it.
If I  am using the wrong group please tell me, as I  am very confused by it all.
