I have downloaded the DTUWIN driver for my Dectalk USB using Jaws 10, but I am getting the message, cannot load DTE.jls. I have looked for this file in the DTUWIN directory, but don't see it there. Where do I get this file and what do I need to do with it to make DecTalk USB work?
