Hi All; I am having a weird problem. When my computer starts and the Windows startup sound plays, the Windows startup sound blares really loud but, only on the Windows startup sound. After the Windows startup sound all sounds are back to normal. If I turn the equalizer off it doesn't do the blaring thing. I am running a SoundBlaster Audigy sound card with XPSP3 Home and Jaws6, 10, & 11. It doesn't matter what version of Jaws is running.It only does it when the equalizer is enabled. Does anyone have any ideas on what setting can be changed to stop this blaring problem other than keeping the equalizer disabled? All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care. Mike
