Is it a stand alone scanner? I am sorry I don't recognize it. If so I would think you would use a USB cable? or parallel? I am going to look it up and see if i can find out info about it i am now curious.

While this topic is up, I also have an old curswhile book edge scanner, what
would I need to hook it up with my computer and manipulate text in the computer
and such?

There should be documentation with the program. I use Kerzweil so
wouldn't know but would imagine the help would be, pretty helpful, grin.
It would take just as long for someone from here to tell you what can be
found there but hopefully someone has some ideas for you.

guide for her. She doesn't have the time to sit and read the entire website.
Specifically, how do you open a file? She has files in there that she wants to
put into folders and it won't let her do it. She doesn't know the new menu
structure. I don't either for that matter. I tried FS's website and all they
have are PDF files which Jaws has a hard time reading. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. She is using windows 7 and Jaws 11. Wayne Scott
