Is it a stand alone scanner? I am sorry I don't recognize it. If so I
would think you would use a USB cable? or parallel? I am going to look
it up and see if i can find out info about it i am now curious.

There should be documentation with the program. I use Kerzweil so
wouldn't know but would imagine the help would be, pretty helpful, grin.

Specifically, how do you open a file? She has files in there that she wants to
put into folders and it won't let her do it. She doesn't know the new menu
