Yes, there's an email list for general discussion about NVDA. The address is

Type "subscribe" in the subject line.
Hope this helps. There's another email for asking the developers questions
about how they plan to improve NVDA. I don't know the email address for that
list but just for a general discussion of NVDA join by sending a blank email
to the adress above.
