Often times it means that there is another window partly covering up that 
section of the screen. Try a windows tab command to find out if something 
else is running.

Hi to all of you,

When I press the insert key and the f11 key to go to the system tray, Jaws 
says, "system tray no selected item." If I move the arrow keys up down or 
left and right, Jaws says, "no selected item. I hope that some of you 
knowledgeable people can help me with this problem. I am using windows XP 
and Jaws 11. I thank you very much in advance.
