Hello, I did not use my keyboard on the laptop.  I had a connectable numpad. 
Mine was USB but I wonder if they have wireless ones now!  My laptop was a 
dell and all the keys were at the top so it made it diffuclt to work with 
with the numpad.  Every laptop is different though!  Heather
