Word was installed prior to the software for the hp4180 printer. The printer was using the windows 7 default driver. The other day my daughter needed to scan something into word and was using my computer. The only option on the printer buttons was to scan to memory card which made a jpeg file. She brought up word and under the scan options only openbook was available. Since I downloaded the new win 7 driver and software from hp. After installing under word still only openbook is listed.
