Hi Frank.
It works like a remote desktop/terminal services session. From when I
used XP Mode:
1. To switch from full screen to window mode, press ctrl+alt+left arrow
twice.
2. As it is running like a Remote Desktop/Terminal Services session,
shutting down XP Mode can't be done in the usual way. Instead you choose
an option from the Windows Virtual PC toolbar, accessed with 
ctrl+alt+left arrow.
