hello mike
i have an item i want to sell on the buy and sell sites.
up until recently i would type the advert and copy it to the clipboard.
prior to that i would type it all again for each site i send to.
some allow the bcc field to be used and some don't
so i did the above mentioned.
then i decided to write the advert as a word document and save it as a m s
word document in my documents folder.
now when i press the alt key or alt f i get the menu that contains things
like send to recipient, send to recipient as attachment, and a few others.
i want to know what all those choices are
i know send to mail recipient does what it says on the tin.
this is how i send to the lists.
but what are the other ones and in particular the one i mentioned called
routing recipients.
one bad thing i notice about doing this is that on 1 or 2 of the websites my
advert appears 3 or 4 times in succession.
it should only appear once for all 4 lists.
don't suppose you have any idea why this happens?
but that is what i am referring to.
you will see them if you are in ms word and press alt f and arrow down to
send folder.
in there is all those choices.
thank you
Yvonne

Hi Yvonne;
What is it you are trying to do? It sounds like you are trying to email
someone a Word document as an attachment. Is this correct? If not let us
know exactly what you are wanting to do. Take care.
Mike
