I think/am pretty sure some versions of jaws at least have their own volume
setting, but can't remember off hand where to look for/find it - most likely
somewhere in the configuration manager - jaws key + number row 6 - or else
in something like voice profiles - can't remember off-hand - sorry.
Alternatively, it might be specific to the wave volume level in windows own
volume control settings.
Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] volume and sound card question
Hello, I just got a brand new net book. It per's like a kitten, I just
can't figure out how to make Jaws a little louder. I know net books are
limited to the hard ware, so do I need to buy another sound card so I can
adjust the volume? Or is there something I'm not doing right? My windows
sounds come out loud and clear, and I've went to my sound options and
turned
everything up. But nothing seems to work. A little help please?
