There are not many free options available these days
unfortunately that
boast a high level of reliability. Google did well for this list
briefly a
few years ago for exactly 6 months until I found or rather
figured out
Mailman, note that that's what I am still using for these lists
and it is
working very well. It is something that is included in the
package with my
web space. Free lists I believe offers Mailman but personally I
did not find
their interface very user friendly.
