I'm sorry that I'm unable to help you here.  I looked at a list of
translators from APH but none were what you're seeking.  At any rate,
where did you find the NFBTrans software?  I tried the links on the
page with all the versions and they didn't work.  I'm also looking for
Turbo Braille so that I can compare the two.
