I have got messinger working a bit better. I had the same problem of
not reading the list of contacts. I coppied all my contacts into the Add a
favourite option and now I have my favourites category selected and for some
reason you can arrow up and down the list reading every contact. The next
problem is the first word in a message being announced last to be solved.
Definately still work to be done with messinger probably best if we went
back down.

I landed in the Contacts list after doing some tabbing, but I couldn't
navigate the contact list using the up/down arrows.
Windows Live Messenger 2011 is not accessible.
I have uninstalled it and I'm now looking for alternatives.
