Andre,
This sounds like it will only change the order of my Internet
Explorer files. Am I confused?
Here are the instructions from Robin East to set all folders to list.

Hi, This is what I do:
1. go to my computer
2. Do an alt v
3. arrow down to list or details... I prefer details hit enter
4. do an alt T
5Press O or arrow to folder options
6. shift tab to focus on General tab
7. arrow to the left once to get to view tab
8. tab to folder view apply to all folders and select
9. tab to ok
This should work for everything but you must be in My computer to do
this.

It's been ages since I needed to know this, but I want my desktop,
control panel etc to display in list mode. Can't remember how to do it
system wide. TIA, Betsy

1. In explorer window go to view menu by pressing Alt + letter V.
2. Press letter O or down arrow to Sort by and press enter.
3. Down arrow to ascending and hit enter.
I would appreciate you posting the instructions you followed to set your
folders.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Folder lists inverted
I've obviously been having too much fun clicking on things. I
followed the instructions for setting all of my folders system-wide
to list and that worked great. I then went wandering around and can't
remember what I clicked on, but all of my files in my folders are now
listed backwards, z files at the top and a at the bottom. This I know
has nothing to do with the perfect instructions to set the folders to
list. I just can't figure out what I tried so I can turn them around.
Thanks for any help,
Betsy
