Daily Tip: Show Specific Dates In Outlook Microsoft Outlook's calendar usually displays dates in a consecutive manner, but if you have particularly busy dates that occur on different days of the month, you can view them in one pane. When you view your Calendar in Outlook, find the pane that contains the mini-calendar. Hold CTRL and click the dates on the mini-calendar you want to display.
