Hi, I just installed JAWS 11 out of the box and have not changed any settings
as of yet. I have had this same issue reported by another co-worker. This may
be only an internal issue to my agency as I do not know what they may have
mucked with in regards to Win 7 itself, or outlook 2010 however the issue is
consistent here.

I have the same configuration as you, and have had no such problems. Have you
checked your JAWS settings?
Warmly,
Melissa

Hi, I have discovered that emails that have a Èblankè line in the first line of
the body of the email, a ègraphicè, or formatting of some nature like
ècenteredè text that when you open up that email the cursor stays at the top
left of the screen and not at the top left of the body of the text. One has to
tab to go through the to, cc, etc until you get to the body and then one can
navigate and read the email. On emails where text is on that first line where
there is no fancy formatting, graphics, etc then when one opens the email you
are immediately placed at the top left of the text in the email which is where
you want to be.

Any one else found this and will this be fixed by FS robin
