Hi, I just installed JAWS 11 out of the box and have not changed any settings as of yet. I have had this same issue reported by another co-worker. This may be only an internal issue to my agency as I do not know what they may have mucked with in regards to Win 7 itself, or outlook 2010 however the issue is consistent here. Robin

One has to tab to go through the to, cc, etc until you get to the body and then one can navigate and read the email. On emails where text is on that first line where there is no fancy formatting, graphics, etc then when one opens the email you are immediately placed at the top left of the text in the email which is where you want to be.
