NVDA is a good standby. I guess there is no way to improve on the voice?

I know a few folks using NVDA exclusively. It works best in firefox with
an add-on called WebVisum.

I just downloaded the new version of NVDA with no problem. What I had to
do
was turn off the popup blocker in internet explorer and that did the
trick.
Now I have firefox too.
