Maybe press insert+f10 to see if OE is indeed running twice? Just a
thought.

sometimes when i start i e 8 it appears to load twice
when i press alt tab to toggle between outlook express and internet
explorer i e is mentioned twice and outlook explorer only once
anyone know why
