A Table In PowerPoint

Adding tables to a PowerPoint presentation can really make a difference. Doing 
this in 

PowerPoint 2007/2010 is simple and effective. Click the Insert tab on the 
Ribbon and then 

select Table. A menu that lets you choose the number of rows and columns on the 
table will 

appear. Then, you can select a design and theme by going to the Design tab and 
choosing a 

theme. From there, you are ready to make a great table to add flair to your 
presentation.
