Milos, u didn't provide nearly enough information. Specifically, we need your operating system, service pack number, amount of ram, Jaws version number, etc. Also, please include the *exact* error message you're getting. U can do this by virtualizing the window & copying the message--control JawsKey w in jaws versions 10 & earlier, alt JawsKey w in versions 11 & above.
Thanks. I suspect that some programs you've got installed or have had in the past have left entries in your registry that need to be deleted, but, until I see an error message, I'm not sure. There is a repair tool that u can get from: http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Downloads/?fileNo=1008 but basically all it does is delete the dictionary. If a corrupted dictionary isn't the problem, it won't solve it. But b4 we go playing around in the registry, let's try it.
