Again, as is so often the case when folks ask for help, u don't give enough information. Specifically, what site were u visiting, what was the exact error message u received, etc.? The short answer is: u may not have the correct codec. Your firewall may be interfering. 1 program may be taking over the download when in fact another should. & that's pretty much only the beginning. W/o more information, I really don't think any1 can help.
