[Blind-Computing] question about Jim Kitchen's website

I downloaded the games and the WinZip file to install.  Now, what do I do?  How 
do I play them?  I installed the Sapi 5 games mentioned on his website.  I hope 
this isn't off topic.  I am using Windows Vista and Jaws 11.  Wayne Scott
