My pseudo step son has rendered useless a computer he got from a neighbor by
surfing for porn without any anti virus software on the machine. He has backup
discs from the neighbor. My question is how do we restore from the backup
discs? I've never done this, but I'd like to do it so he doesn't ruin his
mother's computer.
Detailed instructions or a site to find easily understood instructions
would be greatly appreciated. I think he can still boot up, but I'm not sure
what the computer will do after that.
