Hey, I just thought of something; are you sure that the volume is all the way up in winamp? when you click the file and winamp comes up, up arrow a bunch of times and see if that does it.

Jackie, I have tried that and it didn't work. I have entered on the file, I have went to the file menu and went to the play sub menu and tried to open it from there and it didn't work.

Lois, try going to winamp itself, open a file, & see if it plays. Let us know.
