Hey, I just thought of something; are you sure that the volume is all the
way up in winamp? when you click the file and winamp comes up, up arrow a
bunch of times and see if that does it.

Jackie, I have tried that and it didn't work. I have entered on the file,
I have went to the file menu and went to the play sub menu and tried to
open it from there and it didn't work.
