[Blind-Computing] Playing ogg files

Hi I have received some files with the ogg extension on them and have tried to 
play these using windows media player 11 with no results.  How do I get to play 
these files?  Do I need to convert them and if so how do I go about this.  Am 
using JFW 11 and Xp.  Step by step simple to follow instructions would be 
appreciated.
