Don, Not sure on accessibility of software but I have a friend (fully sighted) and you do need special disks according to him

It uses a laser to create the text and graphics. It sounds like the disks look very professional. I do not know if special disks are required or not. I have never had one, so I have no idea if the software is accessible.
