hello there;

the only way I've been able to create a group in windows mail,
is by doing the following,

1, open the contacts, ctrl+shift+c,
now, route jaws to pc,

now, go to top of page,

you will see;
Contacts
Contacts  Search Contacts
Organize Include in library Share with New Contact New Contact Group Import 
Export New folder

so place your cursor on new contact group, and left click,

now your asked for group name,
here you can create group, add contacts and such.

I have read the help on setting up a group of recipients under Windows Mail 
but the option doesn't appear to be in my menus.

Off the top they say to use the choice from the tool-bar, I don't seem to 
have or be able to get a tool bar.

anyone done this before?
