[Blind-Computing] graphic and mouse over's

hello
i asked this question the other day
i asked how to prevent jaws from saying graphic and mouse over's
someone gave me a step guide on how to do it but when clearing out unwanted 
things it got deleted.
i wonder if the person who answered the question and sent the step guide or in 
fact anyone else if possible could send the step guide again
