Also, there are no indications that the program when doing just a defrag is finished, other than routing the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor & seeing a finish button. Is this the way the program is supposed to work? Another thing I noticed is that when I ran a defrag using the Windows defragmenter after running the My Defrag program, I couldn't get the Volume fragmentation percentages down to 0% when viewing the fragmentation report.
