[Blind-Computing] set up log files

Hi Jackie,
sorry I meant in the disk clean up dialogue there is set up log files listed 
and I want to know if I check this box is it safe to delete these files?
I know they are created by the windows but I am not sure what program created 
them.
so all I want to know is it safe to check the box and delete them?
hope I explained it a little     better this time.
